Prices
Our prices include gift boxes and bags but do not include carriage. For information on postage and packaging please see our charges below. Prices include VAT (currently 17.5%)
Ordering
Orders may be placed via this website, by email, fax, telephone or by post. Please use our order form where possible, a printable order form can be downloaded from this site - please make sure that you give us full information about your choice of item e.g. size, colour, quantity etc. along with your delivery and payment details.
Please note that there is a minimum order value of £10.00 excluding postage.
Postage & Packaging
Postage charges for
orders sent by Royal Mail First Class post and are based on the value of the order as follows:
up to 2 1tems = £3.95 £25 - £50 = £3.95 £50 - £100 = £4.95 £100 - £200 = £5.50 £200 plus = Free
customers also have the option of Next Day delivery service at a charge of £5 in addition to the regular postage - this will need to be signed for and is insured to the value of your goods. You should inform us by 10am if you require Next Day delivery service - sorry, this service is not available on a Friday for Saturday delivery.
European orders are sent Airmail and charged at a flat rate of £7.50 International orders are sent Airmail and charged at a flat rate of £12.50
Payment
Paypal is our preferred method of receiving payment. For customers who do not have a Paypal account following a few simple steps in the Paypal link can rectify that. Alternatively customers ordering on the website will be asked for their credit/debit card details and payment taken using a secure site. Card details or a cheque will need to be provided as payment for orders placed by email, fax, telephone or post at the time of ordering. Please ensure in all cases that you have supplied us with all necessary details so that processing of your order is not held up.
Accounts
We do not operate an account system and it is our policy that payment is received before the order is despatched to you. We would much rather be sending out your parcels, than spend time chasing late payers.
EC Directives
Please note that all metal items within the Bead Exclusive range fully comply with the EC Nickel Directives. This limits the amount of Nickel allowed to be used within the product.
Mistakes
We do try our best to be perfect, but in our haste to pack your orders we do occasionally make the odd mistake. If this should happen, please let us know and we will correct the error by return.
Overseas Customers
Worldwide orders are most welcome and will be picked and despatched as soon as possible. We have kept our postal rates to a simple, flat rate - this being £7.50 for all European countries and £12.50 for rest of the world. VAT is not applicable to countries outside the EC nor to traders within the EC who provide a valid VAT number.
Returns
We do not operate a '
Sale or Return' policy. However if items have been supplied that are faulty and not of a merchantable quality, then please return them to us within seven days for replacement or full refund. If you are unhappy with goods that are supplied in good condition and wish to return them, we charge a re-stocking fee of £2.00. Please ensure safe return in a 'bubblewrap' type envelope to prevent damage.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings or studs may not be returned unless found to be faulty.
Stock Levels
If an item has been charged to you, but stock levels are not accurate when the order is pulled and we are unable to supply the item, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange the best way to credit you. This rarely happens but anomalies do occur. We do not operate a back order system.
